Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, assessing the intensity and duration of mood disorder symptoms to inform treatment planning.

• Collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate clients’ goals, preferences, and the latest evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver quality individual and group therapy sessions focused on mood disorders while closely monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and strategies for effective self-care to empower them throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for clients, facilitating comprehensive support for their mental health needs.
