Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Providing individual therapy to clients as well as facilitating couples therapy sessions, addressing specific familial issues.
\n
• Specializing in the treatment of various conditions, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry
\n
• Job-related stress and medical challenges
\n
• Transition and adjustment issues related to separation, divorce, and blended families

• Enhancing communication among family members
\n
\n
• Documenting client progress and updating treatment plans in accordance with best practices and organizational protocols.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

We require candidates to possess the following qualifications to be considered for this position:

• Active LMFT license in California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should be comfortable working both telehealth and in-person when needed, with flexible availability to accommodate various client schedules.
