Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that identify clients’ mental health strengths, challenges, and needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and trauma-informed care.

• Create and execute personalized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Develop therapeutic strategies in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to create a communal space for healing and shared experiences.
