Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their unique mental health challenges and design effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based techniques aimed at promoting personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress toward achieving these goals.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to offer virtual sessions and support individuals who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote counseling options.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and remain abreast of the latest therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Your role will involve facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the varying needs of clients from different backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
