This role is entirely remote, allowing our therapists to maintain work-life balance while contributing to meaningful patient care. Our flexible work schedule consists of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring you have structured yet adaptable working hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients presenting with mood disorders, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, enhancing their understanding and coping strategies.

• Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on individual needs and responses to therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare specialists to ensure a continuum of integrated care for all clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mood disorders and therapeutic practices to continuously improve service delivery.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and records in line with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
