Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a full spectrum of therapeutic services, including individual therapy for diverse psychological challenges, couples counseling to enhance relationships, family therapy to improve familial bonds, and group therapy sessions addressing collective behavioral issues.

• Conduct detailed diagnoses and evaluations of mental and emotional disorders, creating and implementing effective treatment plans that are regularly assessed and adjusted based on patient progress and feedback.

• Administer psychological evaluations and collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic understanding and management of patient care wherever required.

• Employ an array of therapeutic techniques to treat psychological disorders, ensuring that each treatment approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, groups, or families.

• Document patient interactions and treatment notes meticulously, navigating billing and insurance claims with organizational skill to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your practice will encompass a diverse clientele, including both adult and child/adolescent populations. You will engage with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, guiding them through therapeutic processes that promote healing and behavioral change. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
