Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a comprehensive suite of therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological evaluations, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Assess, diagnose, and formulate individualized treatment plans based on structured evaluations and thorough clinical assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to effectively treat various psychological disorders, ensuring that the frequency, intensity, and duration of therapy are designed to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Conduct regular progress assessments, modifying treatment programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement in client well-being.

• Participate in ongoing training regarding bariatric psychological evaluations and utilize this knowledge to enhance treatment offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Sutter Health Counseling, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your expertise will provide critical support to individuals facing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral and emotional disorders. You will tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a therapeutic environment that encourages open communication and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals and families.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, with an aptitude for handling complex documentation, including but not limited to billing and insurance claims.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
