Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, identifying their specific needs, challenges, and aspirations.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the findings from assessments and involve client collaboration.

• Provide both individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to address diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations of client progress and changing circumstances.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress notes, treatment plans, and interactions while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.

• Respond to crises and emergencies with appropriate interventions, ensuring client safety and support during acute distress.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in marriage and family therapy to enhance service delivery.

• Engage in continual professional development, including training opportunities to support your growth in the field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in accordance with state regulations is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
