Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that set specific, measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure that our clients receive well-coordinated care.

• Offering crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary for clients in distress.

• Maintaining precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
