Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, providing assessments and crisis interventions as necessary to ensure appropriate treatment pathways are established.

• Lead group therapy sessions, focusing on psychoeducation, process groups, and strategies to support adolescents through mental health challenges.

• Coordinate with Reentry Social Workers to facilitate effective discharge planning, ensuring patients receive the necessary resources upon exiting treatment.

• Engage in ongoing patient care by completing follow-up evaluations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Document all aspects of patient treatment and care in compliance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements, including participating in clinical supervision and case conferences.

• Provide mentorship and supervision to social work interns or student volunteers, fostering their growth and understanding of effective therapeutic practices.
\n
• Administer psychological testing as needed to support the overall assessment process of clients.
\n
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
