Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting precise goals and interventions to monitor progress and adjust approaches as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring seamless coordination of care for our clients.
