Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' needs and goals.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms as well as in-person meetings when necessary.

• Document all clinical interactions diligently, including initial assessments, treatment plan revisions, and session notes, adhering to company policies and best practices.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and the overall effectiveness of our mental health services.

• Employ creative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving their personal goals and improve overall mental wellness.

• Coordinate care with relevant stakeholders, including families, case managers, schools, and healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Mind Bliss, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your expertise will address a wide array of challenges, such as relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, and adjustment issues. Being culturally responsive and understanding varying client backgrounds is essential in delivering effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• You must hold an active, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
