Work Environment\n

As a remote clinician, you will work in an outpatient setting that emphasizes work-life balance and encourages professional autonomy. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We understand the importance of flexibility in your schedule, allowing you to choose client times that fit your lifestyle while ensuring you meet the needs of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including treatment plans, case notes, and progress reports, adhering to clinical guidelines and company policies.

• Manage a client caseload of 25 to 30 visits per week, focusing on delivering high-quality care through individual, family, and group sessions.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions that encourage client engagement and progress through a variety of evidence-based approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical personnel, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients and ensuring a welcoming, supportive therapeutic environment.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges. Whether addressing issues related to trauma, addiction, relationship conflicts, or anxiety, your role will be pivotal in providing essential support to foster healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required for this position.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California is mandatory.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
