Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and their families to identify psychosocial needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Organize and prioritize daily case management tasks, including monitoring the needs of new, ongoing, and discharging patients.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders using evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Coordinate specialized assessment and intervention services to ensure the highest level of care.

• Implement brief solution-focused therapy approaches and harm reduction strategies when clinically appropriate.

• Provide supportive interventions, including crisis counseling and grief support, to those in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals and families from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will involve working with clients of all ages, providing culturally sensitive and individualized treatment approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license as an LMFT or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n
