Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain a trusting, therapeutic relationship with clients through regular engagement and empathetic communication.

• Diagnose and assess mental health disorders using standardized assessment tools, interviews, and observation to inform treatment approaches.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family, and adjust plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
