Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Ascend Mind Journey, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple’s therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to meet client needs.

• Designing and implementing treatment plans for clients coping with a range of familial issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions that address conflicts among family members, adjustment issues from separation or divorce, and other dynamics affecting family structures.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and continuity for your clients.
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation according to state regulations and company policies to ensure quality care and accountability.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals, couples, and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
