Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work closely with couples and families, conducting both joint and individual therapy sessions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapeutic services focusing on relationship dynamics, including communication issues, conflicts among family members, and blended family challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address specific issues, such as alcohol abuse, grief, loss, job stress, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Conducting assessments and crafting personalized treatment plans that holistically address the needs of clients.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of clinical services and adhering to best practices regarding confidentiality and compliance.
