Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients to facilitate open communication and effective treatment.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and assessments to identify mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment for all participants.

• Regularly meet with patients to provide ongoing counseling, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
