Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, focusing specifically on their mental health and relational dynamics.

• Engage in direct client care through telehealth, providing counseling services for individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress throughout their therapy journey, adjusting treatment plans and techniques as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and administrative staff, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with clinic and legal standards.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in mental health therapy to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse array of individuals and families seeking support for mental health concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. You will engage with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, and more. Our telehealth model allows for a broad reach, enabling you to connect with clients in various settings across Maryland.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current Maryland license to practice independently as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions relevant to family dynamics and relational issues.

• Skilled in establishing rapport with clients and fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

• Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written formats.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
