This position is uniquely remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while remaining a critical part of our community-facing clinic. Operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., our flexible schedule permits you to focus on clinical excellence while balancing your personal life. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific therapeutic needs, preferences, and ultimate goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective treatment.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery.

• Monitor and track client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage actively with psychiatrists and other health professionals for integrated care approaches, ensuring holistic support for each client.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to enhance treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
