Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine the appropriate treatment interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and gather detailed case histories to guide treatment decisions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver ongoing therapy using evidence-based practices.

• Provide supportive counseling services to your assigned caseload, establishing a therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect.

• Facilitate and document client case consultations regularly to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression and anxiety. You will be expected to utilize effective therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client’s specific situation. This role is essential in providing individuals with the tools necessary to achieve emotional resilience and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
