Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and client needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders and other mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system, while meeting all compliance and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
