Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement aftercare plans with clients to secure successful transitions upon discharge from therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience delivering therapy to clients facing mental health and behavioral health issues, including work with co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, enabling effective therapy sessions and collaboration with team members.
