Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring clients receive personalized and effective therapeutic support.

• Employ crisis intervention techniques for clients experiencing acute mental health distress, providing immediate support and guidance.

• Utilize our comprehensive digital therapist portal for timely clinical documentation, tracking client progress, and managing schedules efficiently.

• Administer initial mental health screenings and assessments to identify client needs, create comprehensive treatment plans, and monitor ongoing progress.

• Implement evidence-based techniques, including applied behavior analysis, to effectively address and support clients confronting behavioral challenges.

• Engage in regular consultations and collaboration with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including those with co-occurring disorders or substance abuse issues.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology to deliver counseling services effectively.

• Strong knowledge of contemporary practices, trends, and techniques in individual and family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
