Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to connect with clients through telehealth platforms. You will maintain a flexible work schedule with core hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, while also accommodating some evening shifts as needed by patient availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs and treatment goals of clients seeking help for substance use disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions grounded in specialized approaches such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Lead dynamic group therapy sessions, encouraging collaboration and mutual support among participants as they navigate their recovery journeys.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Educate clients and their families on addiction, the recovery process, available resources, and effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy specifically within addiction treatment contexts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
