Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, histories, and goals, employing various assessment tools to inform treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine personalized treatment plans that are aligned with each client’s objectives, promoting their overall health and wellness.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies to foster positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services as warranted, responding promptly to urgent mental health issues with a blend of empathy and professionalism.

• Engage in continuous education and professional development efforts—attending workshops, training sessions, and seminars—to remain knowledgeable about current best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, counselors will work primarily with adults who are pre-screened, stable, and classified as low acuity. This focus allows for meaningful, in-depth therapeutic work, as you will have the opportunity to help clients navigate their mental health journeys effectively. You’ll be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies, resilience, and self-empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000.
