Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and specific needs, ensuring personalized care is delivered from the outset.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that align with assessment findings and support client goals, focusing on holistic well-being.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to the unique issues of each client.

• Monitor, document, and analyze clients' progress throughout treatment, making appropriate adjustments to therapeutic approaches to maximize effectiveness.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists and case managers to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and ensure clients receive holistic care.

• Actively advocate for clients’ rights and assist them in accessing appropriate mental health services and community resources to enhance their treatment experience.

• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with state licensing regulations and professional ethical standards, implementing best practices in clinical documentation and client communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required for licensure and practice.

• At Comp Health, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
