Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples and families, while also seeing individuals for one-on-one therapy.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a variety of presenting issues, including but not limited to relationship conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each family member.
\n
• Manage caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and adjustments to care plans as necessary.
\n
• Document client progress and treatment interventions in an electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to provide holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including couples, families, and individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Specific client issues you will address may include:

• Alcohol abuse and addiction.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery.
\n
• Grief and loss therapy.
\n
• Family conflict resolution, including sibling and parent-child disputes.

• Challenges faced by blended families and those going through separation or divorce.

• Communication barriers among family members.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
