Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and facilitate effective short-term psychotherapy tailored to ambulatory mental health service clients.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, couples and family therapy, and addictions counseling, to address diverse client needs.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed psychologists and other health professionals, to ensure optimal care and support for clients.
\n
• Assess and analyze treatment progress, adapting therapy plans based on clinical observations and feedback.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, prepare detailed reports, and communicate with relevant parties, such as family members and social agencies, to coordinate care.

• Participate actively in weekly clinical team meetings to discuss case evaluations and continuity of care strategies.
\n
• Stay abreast of the latest clinical practices and guidelines to continually enhance your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• Valid LMFT licensure or a Psy.D to practice in the state of Florida.

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services is required.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and managing electronic health records to ensure seamless client services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working within a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable.

• Experience and comfort in providing virtual therapy, particularly in adapting traditional therapy techniques for an online format.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
