Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for an adaptable work schedule that promotes work-life balance. Clinicians enjoy the autonomy to manage their caseloads, typically ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. All therapeutic services are rendered through telehealth platforms, ensuring flexibility and convenience for both our therapists and clients. Although remote, we foster a collaborative atmosphere, providing opportunities for team meetings and group consultations both online and in-person, should preferred.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients presenting with various mental health challenges, ensuring accurate assessment using the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, incorporating a range of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and family therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, coordinating care as necessary with psychiatrists and other health professionals.
\n
• Utilize telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHR) efficiently to manage clinical documentation and enhance the therapeutic experience.
\n
• Engage in ongoing clinical consultations with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Offer consultations to clients navigating mental health issues and co-occurring disorders, emphasizing education about available community resources and support.
\n
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with state/federal regulations and organizational policies at all times.

Our client base primarily consists of veterans and their families who may be dealing with the effects of service-related trauma, mental health disorders, and various life challenges. Your role as an LMFT is crucial in providing culturally competent care that acknowledges the unique experiences of military families. By addressing issues like PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics, you will play a vital role in enhancing clients' overall well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license, or a Psy.D. in your field, registered and in good standing with the state of New York.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience offering psychotherapy services, preferably with experience in telehealth practices and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
