This position allows you to work entirely remotely, empowering you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life. Our administrative team handles all non-clinical tasks, allowing you to invest your time and energy in what truly matters: delivering exceptional care to your clients. You will have the flexibility to manage your caseload, with weekly billable hours ranging from 10 to 30 based on your individual preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations utilizing the latest DSM criteria under the supervision of licensed psychologists, focusing on identifying individual client needs.

• Engage in therapeutic interventions, offering short-term psychotherapy tailored to individuals, families, and groups, especially those participating in Intensive Outpatient Programs.
\n
• Implement a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including crisis intervention, couples counseling, family therapy, and supportive therapy, catering to a diverse clientele with dual disorders.
\n
• Maintain accurate case documentation, including therapy records, reports, and communication with external parties, such as schools or social agencies, to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Actively collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing case consultations and contributing to treatment planning discussions to enhance overall client care.
\n
• Persistently assess and modify treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations of client progress and changing needs.
\n
• Facilitate access to community resources and provide education to clients about mental health issues, to support their recovery journey.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively, ensuring seamless and professional communications while adhering to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve veterans and their families, who often face unique challenges related to trauma, mental health disorders, and adjustment issues. This role requires a nuanced understanding of cultural and social factors that influence mental health within this population, emphasizing the importance of a supportive, empathetic, and informed therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D for clinical practice in Arizona.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
\n
• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in therapeutic techniques.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records management is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers competitive compensation ranging between USD 75,000 and 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
