As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to create your schedule while managing a caseload of 10-30 billable hours each week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations utilizing the latest editions of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) under supervision.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy services to clients dealing with various mental health and dual-diagnosis disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs, demonstrating clinical competence across various therapeutic approaches.

• Offer crisis intervention, brief therapy, and supportive sessions focusing on stress management, addictions counseling, and couples therapy.
\n
• Assess treatment effectiveness and make timely recommendations for ongoing care in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, prepare reports, and engage with social agencies, schools, and families as needed.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational guidelines.

• Support the implementation of treatment plans and coordinate care with psychiatrists and medical professionals when appropriate.

Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families from a spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, often facing challenges related to mental health, trauma, relationship dynamics, and dual disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Experience using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems effectively in client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
