This remote position is designed to be highly flexible, catering to both full-time and part-time clinicians. Our therapists have the autonomy to curate their own caseloads, managing between 10 and 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy tailored to the needs of each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and couples counseling, with a focus on person-centered therapeutic methods.
\n
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) under supervision.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and lead Intensive Outpatient Programs, catering to clients dealing with mental health and dual disorders.
\n
• Participate in clinical team meetings, sharing insights and collaboratively addressing complex cases or quality assurance issues.

• Maintain thorough documentation of therapeutic sessions, prepare reports, and coordinate care as appropriate.

• Utilize best practices in behavioral health services and integrate feedback from interdisciplinary teams into treatment solutions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D) to practice in the state of Arizona.

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
