Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide subsequent short-term psychotherapy services in alignment with best practices.

• Utilize various modalities such as individual, family, and group therapy, along with Intensive Outpatient Programs, to address a range of mental health and dual disorders.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, develop treatment plans, and facilitate skills training tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide clinical support to team members and participate actively in quality assurance discussions to ensure high standards of care.

• Document therapy sessions comprehensively, maintaining accurate records and collaborating with external agencies, schools, and families, when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and participating in team meetings to enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Psychiatric Recovery House, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
