Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, utilizing the latest DSM for accurate assessment and diagnosis of client needs.

• Engage in therapeutic interventions including crisis management, brief therapy sessions, skills training, and couples counseling, tailored to individual, family, and group therapy formats.

• Design treatment plans that are evidence-based and client-focused, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records effectively to document session notes, manage client progress, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide ongoing support and crisis interventions to clients, assessing their urgency and determining appropriate treatment pathways in coordination with psychiatrists and psychologists.

• Participate in clinical consultations and team meetings, sharing insights on complex cases and fostering a collaborative care model.

• Maintain an exceptional level of clinical expertise through participation in continuing education and adherence to state and federal regulations regarding mental health services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
