Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients, utilizing the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) under the oversight of our licensed supervisory staff.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, families, and groups, or in Intensive Outpatient Programs.

• Demonstrate clinical competency by applying evidence-based treatments in your practice, ensuring quality care and effective outcomes.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention services and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners.
\n
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies, including maintaining electronic health records and preparing reports for external reference.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings for case discussions, quality assurance evaluations, and feedback on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health and dual-diagnosis disorders. This role involves providing therapy for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, addiction issues, and family dynamics. We offer a safe, understanding space for clients to explore their mental health needs and foster meaningful growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid LMFT license (or Psy.D) to practice in California.

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of demonstrated clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology and electronic health records is essential.

• Experience in an integrated healthcare setting or with community-based service models is an advantage.
