Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver individualized short-term psychotherapy for patients, ensuring adherence to high standards of care.

• Implement a variety of treatment modalities such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, couples and family therapy, and addiction counseling.

• Work collaboratively under the supervision of licensed psychologists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring integrated care for clients.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to assess, monitor, and support clients remotely, while maintaining accurate electronic health records.

• Determine treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of individuals, families, and groups, promoting their mental health and well-being.

• Document therapy sessions, prepare reports, and engage with community resources and support systems appropriately and ethically.

• Participate in clinical team meetings, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and discussing challenging cases with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on working with a diverse array of clients experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual-diagnosis disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a doctoral degree (Psy.D) in a relevant field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
