Our therapists typically manage caseloads ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, with no requirement for phone calls.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients and develop tailored short-term psychotherapy plans in line with outpatient mental health standards.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities and addressing a spectrum of needs including crisis intervention, stress management, and dual diagnosis challenges.

• Work collaboratively under the supervision of licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, or physicians to ensure the utmost quality of care.

• Implement treatment planning by conducting ongoing assessments, monitoring progress, and making necessary adaptations to therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, including writing reports and communicating with external clinical entities with client consent.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and quality assurance processes to provide consultation on complex cases and enhance clinical practices.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with resources and strategies for managing mental health disorders efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Conscious Core Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals experiencing various mental health conditions, families navigating relational dynamics, and groups engaged in therapy for community and interpersonal support. You'll be instrumental in addressing complex needs, particularly for clients with co-occurring disorders requiring tailored therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will help clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and progress towards meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or Psy.D from the state of California.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services is required.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and managing electronic health records; familiarity with remote counseling tools is advantageous.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your efforts at Conscious Core Counseling Center will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 125,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
