Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and foster trusting relationships with clients to create a safe space for therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insights into clients’ backgrounds, experiences, and issues.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions in which therapy techniques are employed, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress through ongoing assessments and adjust therapeutic methods accordingly to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current, active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems approaches.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record systems is preferred but not required.
