Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide empathetic support to clients facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique values and needs of each client, ensuring a highly personalized approach.

• Create a trusting therapeutic environment that encourages open communication and active participation.

• Document clinical interventions and client progress meticulously, using our electronic health record system to support treatment goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support during urgent situations, ensuring client safety and appropriate follow-up.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to expand expertise in specialized areas such as adolescent therapy, trauma-informed care, or couples counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Nevada (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your work at Chrysalis Health Counseling will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
