Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate effective healing.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for emotional exploration.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) system efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
