Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, both in-person at our community health clinic and via telehealth.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Accurately maintain clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professional standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to enhance treatment strategies and advocate for client care.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients in distress, applying best practices to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training, workshops, and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills.

• Maintain all necessary licensure, including your LMFT license, and comply with Florida state regulations regarding practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
