Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing both virtual platforms and face-to-face interactions to foster deeper connections and encourage positive change.

• Collaboratively develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring that their therapeutic journey is both effective and engaging.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for each client’s progress.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops, contributing to a culture of shared learning and support.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, using evidence-based techniques to assist clients in navigating acute challenges.

• Stay current with professional licensure requirements and state regulations while pursuing ongoing training and skill enhancement opportunities.

• Optionally engage in community outreach programs, facilitating workshops or psychoeducation events to strengthen community mental health awareness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and active LMFT license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, contingent on experience and qualifications.
