Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish trusting and rapport-building relationships with clients through virtual counseling sessions to create a safe space for open communication.

• Diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, targeting specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effectiveness and adaptability in care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
