Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage with couples and families to conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy. You will specialize in various areas, including but not limited to:

• Conducting individual and couples counseling sessions to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and family conflicts.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions aimed at improving communication and resolving conflicts among family members.

• Providing therapeutic support for patients navigating job stress, medical issues, and adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Designing therapeutic interventions for blended families and addressing mother/daughter conflicts.
\n
• Documenting clinical outcomes and maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with organizational protocols and best practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population including couples, children, adolescents, and entire families facing a range of challenges. You will provide compassionate care to individuals navigating complex issues such as trauma, addiction, and relationship difficulties, facilitating healing and growth within each family unit you serve.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. The ideal applicant will have a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence, along with a genuine passion for helping individuals and families thrive.

Preferred Experience\n

We are seeking candidates with varying levels of experience, including newly licensed and seasoned professionals. Flexibility in availability is essential, with a preferred commitment of at least 30 hours per week. Experience working in a community health setting or with diverse populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
