Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to facilitate a strong therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose mental health disorders to inform treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations of each client's needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Lead therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and groups to provide counseling focused on skill-building and emotional support.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans in response to client progress and evolving needs.
\n
• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to specialists or additional services when necessary.

• Engage in continued education and professional development to remain current with industry best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems is desirable.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
