Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of your clients, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Evaluate and diagnose mental health disorders by employing comprehensive assessment tools and techniques, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ aspirations and challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with clients to set achievable treatment goals, monitoring their progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize their therapeutic journey.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as required, equipping clients with the resources they need during challenging times and referring them to appropriate external support when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with state regulations, while upholding ethical best practices in all interactions.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in the field, attending workshops and trainings that contribute to your growth as a clinician.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
