This role is designed for a flexible work setting, combining remote sessions and, if preferred, opportunities for in-person consultations at our clinic. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, navigating your schedule to best serve client needs while prioritizing work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a range of therapy sessions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, using both virtual and in-person formats.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, routinely assessing their progress and making adjustments as required.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional guidelines.

• Engage actively in weekly case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional collaboration.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, ensuring clients receive the timely support they need in moments of acute mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise in systemic therapeutic modalities will be integral in addressing these multifaceted concerns and helping clients develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must possess an active LMFT license in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is required, with consideration for supervised hours.
