Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work from home while connecting with clients through teletherapy services. However, the role also requires occasional in-person visits to our outpatient office located in Jacksonville, Florida. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Balanced Insight Counseling Services, you will play an essential role within our clinical team. You will provide therapeutic support through individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on a diverse range of family dynamics and mental health issues. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, addressing relationship conflicts, communication issues, and emotional challenges.

• Support families grappling with various issues such as grief, substance abuse, and major life transitions.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational protocols.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary environment to ensure comprehensive care.

• Staying current with best practices and relevant research in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Your work will cater to a varied clientele, including couples, families, and individuals dealing with complex psychological and emotional needs. You will specialize in addressing a wide range of challenges, including:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome both newly licensed and experienced therapists, candidates with experience in teletherapy, couples counseling, and family dynamics are highly encouraged to apply. A minimum of 30 hours of availability per week is preferred to accommodate our diverse client needs.
