Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to diagnose clients accurately and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Maintaining a caseload of 25-30 client visits each week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, with an emphasis on creativity and exceeding client objectives.

• Delivering exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming environment for clients, actively listening to their concerns, and providing appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Documenting session details and treatment progress in accordance with clinic protocols, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements.
